Retrofitting Carbon Cutter

Carbon cutter is a filter less retrofitting device which can reduce the harmful carbon content up to 90% from exhaust system.

Retrofitting of Carbon Cutter is done in the exhaust line of the Diesel Generating Set. It reduces the PM emission of Carbon Particles by > 70% from the exhaust gases of DG Set. No filter is used this technology, it operates on the principle of Electrostatic Precipitation. This is a self cleaning process with minimum requirement of maintenance. Infect maintenance is only for removal of PM accumulation.

During normal operational the exhaust flow through this device and tail cleaned gases or wanted out to the atmosphere PM (Particular content) are collected in a separate bin which can be of periodically dispose of or recycle for use in paint and Ink.
